Privacy Policy
Look, we have an ‘opt in’ for users who are in the EU and ok with us looking at how often they visit and where they’re from. I think Google can also send us something about how often we are googled and found.
You can also share more personal information by using the Contact Form.
Anything you give us hits our email account, we read it, and sometimes say “hmmm,” and sometimes we reply. The people reading it are employed by our tiny NZ business. The information sits in our email account. We don’t let people into our email account who aren’t paid to ‘do the emails.’
If you ask us a question, any general information will be fed to BOTanic to help make it better, but it won’t have any of YOUR information and won’t be linked to you.
When we were creating BOTanic, we even asked if BOTanic would be able to collect and collate questions- we were told that it can’t do that, which sucks, because that WOULD be interesting to us.
So I guess our privacy policy is that we aren’t collecting your personal information and therefore aren’t interested or able to share it. No one will know you struggled with your pansies, Sharon.
